Pro Hipico Bono Association is proud to invite you to its Annual Pro Hipico Bono Conference to be held on 5-6th October 2013 in the oldest Polish Stud in Sieraków.



 This year's conference programme includes:

- Wojciech Mickunas, PHB President: “Why is it worth going back to the roots?”;
- Mikołaj Chełkowski: lectures “
A horse step by step - classically”, “Horse's nature at the roots of classical riding” and a show with commentary;
- Marcin Komosa, PhD “Can your horse avoid navicular problems? Navicular bone under a microscope”;
- Marcin Górecki, PhD: “Signals and communication in the world of animals”;
- Anna Ślązak,
MA: “Horses, caves and scientists: the earliest equine fascinations of prehistoric artists”; 
- Marek Gajewski and Two Ladies in sidesaddle – and equestrian show with commentary.

LANGUAGE:

The Conference will be held in Polish, we provide English translation.

 

WHEN:

The Conference starts on Saturday at 12pm, ends on Sunday after late lunch.


WHERE:

Sieraków is located in Western Poland, in the vicinity of Poznań. Poznań can be reached directly by plane or by a train from Warsaw (about 3 hours). Please contact us at prohipicobono@hipologia.pl so that we can help you get from Poznań to Sieraków.

 

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation is possible in the manor of Sieraków Stud subject to availability of places (the conference is held in a museum by the Stud); cost: PLN 50 (ca. EUR 12) per night per person (due to limited number of places, we cannot guarantee single rooms).

 

FOOD:

Food is also available in the manor: breakfast PLN 15 (ca. EUR 3.50), lunch PLN 30 (ca. EUR 7), dinner PLN 15 (ca. EUR 3.50), vegetarian option possible.
